As the sole Member of Florida TitlePros, LLC., William E. Davis, Jr. has been conducting, handling and facilitating real estate closings for the past 25 years. Mr. Davis is a state licensed title agent, state licensed title insurance instructor and real estate paralegal who is well versed in the real estate profession and well known in the South and Central Florida real estate communities. Florida TitlePros, LLC. is also a state licensed title insurance school which will soon be offering continuing education and pre-licensing courses to title agents.

Mr. Davis feels it is very important to educate and give back to the community. As a former Deputy Sheriff, he gave over 3000 free hours of law enforcement reserve duty to the community. To this date, Mr. Davis also conducts free seminars to buyers, sellers and REALTORS about the entire real estate process and current changes happening within the industry.
